Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

· Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@vitanero.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
